Refund Policy

Refunds for online courses are only given under the following circumstances

Remedial & NCLEX Review

• The student did not click the START button on the online course and the student requests a refund, in writing via email within 3 business days from the date of the registration/payment.
• A full refund will be issued less an administrative/registration fee of $100.
• There will be no refunds for any online course once a student has clicked the START button and student accessed any of the tasks in the course.
• Third party transaction fees are non-refundable.
• There are no refunds for e-books.
  Please understand that by clicking the START button on your online course, you have read and agree to the refund policy stated above.
  
  For Remedial Course: Completion letter to BON will be sent after students has met all course requirements. 

Continuing Education

• Due to the instant-access and a digital nature of continuing education courses, there are no refunds!
